Cancellation Policy

All deposits are final and non-refundable. Cancellation must be done at least 48 prior to said appointment via text or email. Rescheduled appointments within a one-week window will retain their deposit. We reserve the right to switch your stylist without prior notification for the following reasons: - last minute emergency with the scheduled stylist - staff emergency -schedule adjustment We reserve the right to not contact you in advance for your approval as all Eyat's Naturals Staff are trained using the same methods (by Ms Eyat). We guarantee the same great service with any Team member.
