Here are some important reminders to help you when booking services online:
1. Please read the service descriptions provided. Pay attention to the details of what each service includes, any prerequisites or requirements, and the estimated duration. This will help you choose the right service for your needs.
2. Check Availability: Before booking, check the salon's online calendar or booking system to see if the desired date and time are available. If not, consider looking for alternative slots or contacting the salon directly via text to see if we can accommodate you.
3. When booking, make sure to provide any specific instructions or preferences you may have. For example, if you have an allergy or specific requirements for your hair, mention them in the booking notes. This will help the salon prepare and provide the best service for you.
4. Confirm Your Appointment: After booking online, it's a good idea to text or email the salon to confirm your appointment. This ensures that your booking is properly received and eliminates any potential miscommunication.
5. If you're booking after 4 p.m., it will not be possible to book a partial service and then add another upon your arrival. For example, you need a wash and retwist but the system will not allow you to book, because of the duration of this service, so you book a retwist in the hopes of getting it washed. We will not be able to honor your appointment, as we close at 6.
7. Communicate Your Expectations: When you arrive at the salon, communicate your expectations and desired outcome clearly to your stylist. Provide any necessary details or references to help them understand your vision. Effective communication helps ensure you leave the salon satisfied with the results.
8. Same-day cancellations/no-shows will result in a $40 rebooking fee. It costs the salon and stylists when this occurs. Please let us know at least 24 hrs ahead, that way your appointment can be rescheduled. This will be done on a case-by-case basis.

9. Under 12 Services.
Please be advised that we reserve the right to require evidence of your child's age. For under-12 services, you may be required to present your child's official school ID or other documentation.
