Salon Policy When Booking With Ms Eyat:
Cancellations:
Kindly provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment. Deposits
are non-refundable.

No Shows:
Clients who fail to show up for appointments or cancel with less than 1 hour's notice, will be asked to pay a $40 rescheduling fee.

New Client Consultations: All new clients must book a consultation before a maintenance appointment. My consultations are thorough, we discuss your hair type and desired outcomes as well as any allergies or sensitivities. As a future client, I would encourage you to communicate openly about your hair history and any products used at home to ensure the best results. Follow-up care and instructions will be provided to maintain healthy hair post services,

Children:
I am no longer accepting new clients under 12 years old. My salon suite is minimal and I will not be able to accommodate more than two people at a time, this is for adult clients with children. All children who are current clients must be accompanied by an adult for the duration of their services.

Health history:
For my health comfort and safety, please notify me if you have flu-like symptoms, been in contact with persons who have been exposed to the Novel coronavirus, COVID-19, allergies, or any venereal issues. If you experience discomfort or any other symptoms during the appointment, please alert me immediately.
Right to refuse service:
I have the right to refuse service to anyone behaving aggressively, has a strong body odor, is intoxicated, or is intimidating me.
