Salon Policy:

 

Cancellations:

Kindly provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment. Deposits 

are non-refundable.

No Shows:
Clients who fail to show for appointments or cancel with less than 1 hour notice, may be asked to pre-pay for future services. First time, no show clients will be asked to pre-pay for future appointments.

​

Children:
Children under 8 years old, who are not receiving a service, must be supervised by an adult, not receiving a service, and remain in the wait area. 

 

Health history:

For your comfort and safety, please notify our stylists if you have flu like symptoms, been in contact with   persons who have been exposed to the Novel Corona Virus, COVID-19, allergies or any physical issues. If you experience discomfort or any other symptoms during the appointment, please alert your stylist immediately.

 

Right to refuse service:

Our salon staff has the right to refuse service to anyone behaving aggressively, has strong body odor, is intoxicated or intimidating our stylists and clients.

Physical Distancing & Sanitation:

 

-Stylist stations are currently 6 feet apart, wearing masks is recommended, not required, for stylists and customers.

 

-Our stations are sanitized before and after each client.
